30-day refund window
Paid plans may be eligible for a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.
How to request a refund
Email support@editbuddy.app with your purchase email, plan purchased, and reason for the request. Including details about compatibility or setup issues helps support resolve the issue faster.
What may not be refundable
- Charges outside the stated refund window.
- Cases involving abuse, fraud, or clear policy violations.
- Any exceptions required by the billing provider or local law.
Subscriptions
Canceling a subscription stops future renewals. It does not automatically create a refund for charges that have already been processed.
